A program of the USDA and NIFA
What is FSOP Technical Assistance?
In 2022, the Candeska Cikana Community College was awarded a Food Safety Outreach Program grant for food programming on the Spirit Lake Nation in North Dakota. In addition, the National Institute of Food and Agriculture also awarded CCCC an additional grant to create technical assistance and resources opportunities for other tribal colleges, minority serving institutions and community organizations. The results of that work is included here, in the form of quality resources, information and tool kits to assist your organization in receiving a FSOP grant.
ABOUT US
Candeska Cikana Community College is an accredited, public, non-profit tribal college institution providing post-secondary higher education opportunities for the Spirit Lake Dakota reservation community in northeastern North Dakota.

In 2022 the land grant department received a Food Safety Outreach Program grant, through the USDA, to develop accessible resources to help other tribal entities, community organizations and minority serving institutions more tools to assist with grant writing.

This site is the culmination of that project. This site will provide more information and tools on securing grant funds and link other technical resources and tools that will assist with completing an FSOP grant application or any grant opportunity.
